1.BloodGlucoseResponse Reduction:

Oat beta glucan is an active ingredient with effect of reducing blood glucose response. Many clinical trials showed that intake of 30g carbohydrate at least including 4g oat beta glucan can help reduce blood glucose levels after the meal. During the evaluation of the research for intake of 5g oat beta glucan after meal, the blood glucose reduce by 19%(p<0.005)30 minutes after meal, and the blood glucose reduce by 16%(p<0.066)60 minutes after meal.
